
Stress is defined as a different situation to that which an individual lives, which he is an above-normal performance. Anything good or bad, that a change in a person’s routine can cause stress.
Causes of Stress
* Disease
* Hormonal changes in the body, puberty, after childbirth, PMS, menopause etc.
* Conflict at work or in family
* The altitude, the climate too cold or hot
* Taking responsibility for the actions of others.
Symptoms
* Gastrointestinal ulcer, stomach pain, gastritis, diarrhea, nausea etc.
